I have loved despite all odds
of dreams yet to come true
As my heart becomes still
still the soul extracted passion continues
in brightly colored hues
but what is a girl to do?
I ponder ..........
If not true love~ tis still love
as I beckon myself to yield
the very core of my being
gentle solace slowly weeping
Yet this love sufficent as an array catches the dawn of day
A restraint of physical bond and virtue
yet my mind consumed in imperfect nature
I bow my head with disgrace
for being left with my human shame
and pray within this bright lighted day
the sun glistening your name
in every dark corner where dust lies
The love, the blessing of acceptance
Darknesses repentance
Blessing my being in so many ways
Bring forth a beauty to marvel,
from your eyes I see a glimpse and understand
the complexity of the man
and all he willingly displays
Is this lack of love? I think not...
More intensity, heat and steam protrude piercing me
As I fight for my freedom that has bound me
gently aloof you stare into the sky afraid of defeat
as the full moon and breeze defines the underneath
hiding quietly, your shadow roars with release
Heart of mine be still
to reach your heights
that have no mortal defintion
there are no words
Just scar tissue
gently kissed
In love's tender bliss

Love, Now That You Are Here
Before you appeared in my life
Nothing had prepared me to understand
What love for another soul
You are the only one who I've ever cared about
The only one who could make it through
To my cold heart
The only one who touched
