Individuals may not realize that they have heard of or at least seen the encapsulation carpet cleaning process. This method of carpet cleaning is commonly used in office buildings and other businesses that have a lot of foot traffic because this method is one of the best ways of getting ground-in dirt out of carpets. This is especially necessary for businesses since they are often high traffic areas. The only time, in general, people use this method in their homes is when they get their carpets cleaned by professionals.

Now, many people are thinking of using encapsulation carpet cleaning on a regular basis in their homes. While traditional vacuuming gets a lot of dirt and soil out of a carpet's surface, sometimes deep dirt is left behind. Encapsulation carpet cleaning removes deep dirt out of carpets, and carpets stay cleaner longer than they would with traditional carpet cleaning. There are a few reasons why this method works so well on carpet.

The science of chemistry plays a major role in how encapsulation carpet cleaning works so effectively. In traditional carpet cleaning methods, some of the soil is picked up while other soil particles are moved around or ground into the carpet, leaving the carpet cleaned only on the surface. However, encapsulation carpet cleaning reduced the chances that this will happen to floors.

It does this by spraying a special encapsulating chemical on the carpet. This chemical then surrounds dirt particles and crystallizes them, thus other particles cannot attach to the carpet. The substance is then brushed into the carpet stain using a brushing machine or a bonnet. The best thing about the chemical is that it can clean any stain, including wine, fruit juice, oil, ketchup, and coffee.

Once the dirt is surrounded by the chemical and brushed in the carpet area, it works quickly. People don't have to purchase a special vacuum to use the encapsulation carpet cleaning method. When soil is released from the carpet, vacuum the area as usual. This method is one of the best ways to clean a carpet because no dirt is left behind; therefore, carpet stays cleaner longer.

Encapsulation carpet cleaning is not like other deep carpet cleaning methods, such as steam cleaning or shampooing. Because the chemical is sprayed directly on the stains, the carpet does not get as wet. This enables the carpet to be used almost immediately. That is why it is such an asset for commercial usage.

Although this method is still used mostly by businesses, many people are considering it for their homes. There are number of janitorial services that are now beginning to offer it to residential clients in addition to businesses. The chemical are safe for high traffic areas and have not been shown to be harmful for children. As a matter of fact, it can do a lot to reduce allergens in the home.
