Only the strong survive
Why all the homeless, the sick and the broken
Why all the hateful words that are spoken
Why all the damaged people wandering around,
Their pain palpable but not uttering a sound.
Why all the anger, the war and the crime
That we all ignore whilst we prentend to be fine.
Why all the crying, the screaming, the lies?
It doesn't make sense if only the strong survive.
