WrestleMania's 25th anniversary is coming up in April. It is a time for reflection on the past 25 years of WrestleMania history. Some of the most memorable World Wrestling Entertainment antics, matches and lineups have occurred during this big event. Stand out moments happen at each and every WrestleMania event but there are 5 big moments that everyone who has ever been a fan of the WWE will remember with awe, shock or appreciation.

#5- Stand Out WrestleMania Moment- The Undertaker vs. Kane (WrestleMania 22), the match that brought back the return of The Dead Man. Kane looks scared witless as the Undertaker approaches serenely towards the ring. During the match you can see Kane going nuts trying to figure out where the Undertaker came from since he had buried him alive. Several times you can see him screaming in the ring mouthing the words "I buried you I buried you alive". This was a match made in hell that was heaven for the audience to watch at WrestleMania 22.

#4- Stand Out WrestleMania Moment- "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan vs. The Rock (WrestleMania 18), the match where two icons of the wrestling world compete. Over 60,000 fans attended this WrestleMania to see this epic event. None were disappointed especially when the stand out moment occurred. After the Rock beat Hogan who was in the "bad boy" status, Hogan stood up to shake hands with the Rock much to the fans delight.

#3- Stand Out WrestleMania Moment- Bret Hart vs. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin (WrestleMania 13), a brutal match. The most memorable stand out moment though is when Austin has Hart in a submission hold and blood is just seeping down his face. Blood was a fairly uncommon sight during a wrestling match in those days which makes this moment worth mentioning.

#2- Stand Out WrestleMania Moment- Hulk Hogan vs. Andre the Giant (WrestleMania 3) the match where something had to give. It came close to be a very short match when as fans will recall Hogan attempted to body slam Andre the Giant who then proceeded to fall on Hogan, crushing him with his Giant size. That moment will live throughout the history of WrestleMania as one of the best stand out moments ever. Hogan did go on to defeat Andre after he successfully body slammed the 500 pound giant.

#1- Stand Out WrestleMania Moment- "Macho Man" Randy Savage vs. The Ultimate Warrior (WrestleMania 7) in a retirement match. The match itself was a good one where lots of elbow drops were made by Savage and the Warrior landing a super flying shoulder tackle but this isn't what made it stand out worthy. Savage lost the match which meant he was retired from the Wrestling world. Sherry who arrived with Savage begins to berate him and kick him while he is down for his loss. That's when the stand out moment occurs. Miss Elizabeth Savage's long time off/on lady love comes running out from the audience, jumps into the ring and throws Sherry out of it by her hair. After years Miss Elizabeth and Randy Savage stare at each other in the ring as tears come down Miss Elizabeth's cheeks. The fans go nuts, moms at home watching this drama break into tears as Savage and Miss Elizabeth hug in the ring then he puts her up on his shoulder as they show love to the audience. Reunited Miss Elizabeth and Savage walk away from the ring hand in hand.
