I love Friday night in the City

Leaving work early cause we aint so busy

I want to stop home for some food and whiskey

Or we can go to hooters cause the girls look pretty

I hate Friday night in the City

The crowds are so bad that it's making me dizzy

I jump into a cab and I'm leaving this city

Maybe head west where the people are witty

Take a train south somewhere far beyond Philly

It's another Friday night in the City

People going nowhere in a hurry

I can't take the long lines the bus is running behind
