Wrestlemania had always been the annual highlight of WWE. Every year, Wrestlemania had proven to be the showcase pay-per-view event of WWE. Since its inception, it had never failed to disappoint the fans around the world. From the past WWF till the present day WWE, the matches lined up at Wrestlemania had created along line of historical moments and I believe some of them still remains etched in our memories. At least, that holds true for me. Since I was young, I have watched almsot all the Wrestlemanias to date and indeed, a number o fthem have left a deep impression for me. Therefore, let us take a stroll down mempry lane to recapture and reminscise some of the finer moments in Wrestlemania history.

1. WWF Title: Hulk Hogan vs Andre the Giant WM 3 Former friends, Andre was tired of Hogan always getting the spotlight. The Eighth Wonder of the World was undefeated and felt it was finally his time to shine. Hogan accepted the challenge and the match occurred at WrestleMania III. This was the most anticipated match in wrestling history. Over 90,000 fans packed the Pontiac Silverdome to witness this event and this match is generally considered one of the events that helped to create the PPV industry. A lot of people figured Andre would walk out of there with the title, but deep down wondered how the big man could possibly dethrone Hulk Hogan. The "undefeated" Andre almost won the match a few seconds into it. After failing in his first attempt to slam the Giant early in the match, Hogan miraculously lifted Andre in the air and slammed him down to the canvas in one of the most memorable moments in WWE history.Nobody thought it was possible, but Hulk Hogan then hit the big leg and won! He beat Andre in what was considered a huge upset. Hogan celebrated and since then, Mania was seen as being the biggest event ever because of this moment. Hogan defending his WWE Championship against the undefeated Andre the Giant was arguably the most anticipated match in sports-entertainment history.

2. WWF Title & I-C Title: The Ultimate Warrior vs Hulk Hogan WM 6 The Intercontinental and WWE Championship match between Hogan and Ultimate Warrior was dubbed the Ultimate Challenge, and it certainly lived up to its billing. This match was the first time in the Hulkamania era that Hogan lost a match cleanly. Both men entered and left the ring as fan favorites that day.
