The past is history.
The future is a mystery.
The only time we really have is now - just this moment.

You can feel more lively and spiritual happiness with a simplest thing as breathing. How to live in today? Here are a few suggestions:
Enjoy every little thing around you. Shapes in the clouds, the giggling kids at playground, the humming sound from wings of birds, the aroma of fresh air.
Help someone, that is what God do when you are in trouble. Try solving somebody's problem and you will feel a happiness inside.
Say sorry to someone you have hurt, hug and show your love to your loved ones, you never know whether they or even you will be there tomorrow or not. Make every moment memorable, live as this is the last one.
Every thing has a positive energy, it depends on you, whether you get attracted towards the negative or absorb the positivity. For example, every relationship has to pass through happy and difficult times. In good times you relish the relationship and in bad/difficult times, relations bond are strengthen, so there is something good about bad times too.
I read on a notice board at a Church "Instead of crying for what you don't have, enjoy what you got". Overcome the "what if" situation, live in "what is".
Have you ever noticed, how little things make kids happy, at a moment they are sad and the very next moment they laugh. Children are purest form of God.When our creator sends us on this earth with "living in the moment" feel, why shouldn't we.
Take out some time and read Living in the Moment by Derek Lin, a very interesting short story, which explains everything in a very simple manner.
