High school drop-out stories

In the beginning of grade 11 I had a problem. I began to have panic attacks and my doctor gave me lots of medication, but it was not enough to get me back to school. It was now 3 months I've been out of school and the school literally told me that I had to drop out. So, I did.

I was 16 at the time and I was still in the realm of "having to be at school" within the school boards age limits. So, I got a call from the attendance supervisor for the board of education. Now, I loved school and I wanted to be in school. When I told her that, she was floored. Ha! Normally she only meets teens that hate school.

So, I was taken to this small school downtown that would let me work on my English credit and get help from the people that worked there. I finished that semester and got the English credit. Then I went back to school the next year after having my anxiety sorted out.
