After you have massaged the eyebrow area, move to just behind the ears. Continue with small circular motions with even pressure. Work your way upwards covering the temples and the sides of the scalp. Play particular attention to the temples when covering this area of the scalp.




Complete the Massage from Base of Scalp Upwards




The final step of the massage is to start at the base of the scalp at the neckline and move upwards. For this area of the scalp, use short and even up and down motions with the palm of your hand and even pressure. Pay particular attention to the base of the scalp and top of the neck area. This will help to relieve additional pressure and tension.
