Kid Rock is an American musical performer and songwriter best known for his eccentric personality and his ability to mix rap with heavy metal, rock and roll, rhythm.He started his career back in 1990 when he recorded his first album by the name "Grits Sandwiches for Breakfast" from who he had local success with the single "Yo Da Lin In The Valley", who was very popular in his home country Michigan.From 1990 to 1996 he released three more albums(The Polyfuze Method(1993),Fire It Up(1994) and Early Mornin Stoned Pimp(1996) with who he didn't make it very well in the music world.But in 1998 when the popularity of rap-metal music scene was booming, Kid Rock in 1998 recorded and released his platinum album "Devil Without a Cause".The album was sold in 11 million copies, because of the good single "Bawitdaba","Cowboy" and the ballad "Only God Knows". The album would go on to be the best selling rap/hip hop album of all time.Two years later Kid released another smash hit album called "The History Of Rock".Even if the album was compilation of remixed and remastered versions of songs from his previous albums,he also from this album released and the platinum single "American Bad Ass".In 2001 he released another multi-platinum album "Cocky." The album was big success because of the flavored hit "Picture" with Sheryl Crow and eventually the album was sold in 5 million copies. In 2003 he released and his self-titled album,which failed to chart a major hit. His Live Album from his best hits called "Live Trucker" was released in 2006.The latest album from Kid Rock was released in 2008 by the name "Rock and Roll Jesus", and that same year he started to toured in the U.S. and Europe promoting the album. The first single from this album was the country-rock song "All Summer Long" who hit at Number 23 on the Billboard Hot 100 and Number 4 on The Hot Country 100, but it was his first worldwide smash hit charting number one in eight countries across Europe and Australia.Eventually the album was certified double platinum.The album's new single "Blue Jeans and a Rosary" became his highest debuting country single at No.57, in its first week of release.Besides from his famous voice and his good country-rock sound we all know Kid Rock for his 5-time Grammy nominees and that he was dating the most famous Playboy playmate Pamela Anderson, from 2001 and 2003.They even told to the mediums in 2002, that they were engaged, but the engagement was later called off.
