as medical and dental care for the employees and these still are options if the employers can afford them, but it's those small concerns that grate on the nerves of both employers and employees that need willing ears to listen and to evaluate and to solve.

How can these be managed? Time can be set aside, an hour a week for a group conference where employees and employers can talk out their problems. Maybe a ride to work, babysitting needs, help with a sick family member to ease tensions and allow for a more relaxed work experience. In other words, each employee will feell needed above and beyond a mere job and will, in the meantime become a better employee.

Become Spiritually Aware

Let's face it. We need help from forces smarter, more aware and more caring and compassionate that we are. While we like to think we can go it alone, we cannot. We flounder and fail and, in many cases stop short of fulfilling our potential. Why? We are often too proud to admit that our Creator is in control of our destiny and has been from the beginning. When we let Him assist us we become more efficient and less anxious.

Whittle Down Expectations

Exactly what do we expect from our trading? Is it to get rich or is it to better ourselves while doing likewise for others. If the latter is the prime reason for our dealings, then we are on the right path and we normally have a good grip on our trading. We neither sell ourselves short nor do we oversell. Reality resides with us daily.

The above is speculative and may or may not work for you, but adding creativity to the planning process never fails. Creativity means newness or making something that never existed before. In business it means using new techniques and adding something new. However it turns out, it does add excitement and a sense of adventure to trading.
