Product reviews: Frownies Wrinkle Reducers

Many anti aging products claim to be better then cosmetic surgery. While it is hard to believe such a statement, Frownies is an affordable, pain free product that actually produces results.

I have been disappointed by anti-aging products in the past. They are often overpriced and I never see a noticeable difference. I had seen Frownies products in the store before and after reading an interview were Rene Russo confessed they were her beauty secret, I thought I would give them a try.

Frownies have a full range of products. I went for the facial pads. I was attracted to the idea of not fussing with a messy cream. The facial pads are simple to apply. You wet the adhesive side of the pad and the area of your face where you are applying it. The pads come in to sizes. The larger size is for the forehead and between the eyes. The smaller size is for the around the eyes and lips. I honestly just by the larger size and trim the pads for smaller areas.

The directions state the pads work best if worn for at least three hours. I apply mine right before bed and wear them over night. The pads are completely pain free and do not irritate the skin. The adhesive works well so the pads do not slip off while you sleep. The come off easily in the morning with warm water.

Since using Frownies I have noticed a difference in my skin. I see the most dramatic difference on my forehead. This is where I had deeply pronounced lines that have almost faded completely. Frownies sell for just under twenty dollars per box. The box contains about 144 facial pads. A box lasts me for about four to six months.

I have not tried other Frownies products yet but they do manufacture a wide range. The carry a balancing wash, wrinkle cream, and a rosewater based activator that they claim enhances the effectiveness of the facial pads. Their website also lists a vitamin E lip serum.

If you want to try the complete line of Frownies kits you can purchase a kit that includes everything for around one hundred dollars. They also offer a discount if you purchase pads and the activator together. You can buy that kit for about thirty dollars.

To learn more about Frownie products and to order on-line, go to www.frownies.com. I would recommend Frownies to anyone who wants to reduce their fine lines without surgery. The price tag isn't bad either.
