The best profession a woman can achieve in her life

In the 1950's most women stayed home and cared for the family. Her basic "profession" was wife and mother. Her choices were few as you would picture her as a "June Cleaver". Time has moved forward and so have women. There are many professions that women hold in today's world. It isn't simply because she wants to work. It has become a necessity for her to. With the number of broken homes in the world these days a woman has to make it. There is no limit to what women can do. They hold the same jobs as men do and they do those jobs well. What would the best profession for a woman be though?

This is a very broad question. It can't be answered with a broad sweep of the painters brush. Women vary greatly in their likes and dislikes. Some women prefer to be out in the workforce, bringing home the bacon instead of the man doing all the work. In many instances, the men have taken over the roll of staying home to raise the children. It seems to be working well for many families.

The profession that a woman chooses has to be something that she will love doing. The career minded women may like the power of being in a top position in a large corporation. Others may find that opening a daycare is the right choice for her. It all depends on your goals in life. If you are more interested in the money you may want to look at college first. This will allow you to be ready for the elite career positions available. If you are looking for a rewarding career that also pays very well you might go into the medical field. Doctor, nurse, x-ray technician or one of the many other possibilities is a great way to go. If you like working with your hands you can become a mechanic or a builder.

In this writers mind there is only one profession that truly stands out for her. Being a writer is the thought that has held my mind since I was a young child. It goes along with a love for reading. Let's not even call it that. Let's call it a passion for reading because that is what it truly is. To walk in the shadows of great novelists such as Mark Twain or Emily Bronte would be an amazing feat.

To create such beauty and amazement that stands the test of time would, no doubt, be the greatest accomplishment that a person could achieve. Becoming an author of an American Classic would complete my lifelong goal. The hope of this writer is that there are many other women who share this very passion with her. It could be anything from a child's first book to the greatest novel ever written. It doesn't really
