like an ancient beacon shining light that
i tend to hesitate, i'm not worth much
but i tend to imagine i'm great like such and such
notable paladins perhaps i should borrow Aladdin's lamp
make my three wishes one never forget to wash the dishes
two scamp camp, decamp and encamp all over the world three be a champ
i know them seem a bit greedy so what about helping out the needy instead and how about the many dead nobodies
who have perished they too deserve to be cherished
and remembered for they were once some bodies with lives, families,
hopes, fears, joys and wisdom to share but what does history care
those many just seem get forgotten
like many dreams that never had the chance to ripen before they got rotten
because you rolled off your bed or water fell on your head
from the roof above coming from the neighbors floor upstairs
showing proof that there is more than one door in need of repairs
i probably got all up in your dome and it's time to go back home
to planet earth
so as i stand here i would like for you to hear loud and clear
as the wind stops blowing-the sky swallows its own breath,
that those three wishes of mine are as follows:
one remember me after my death
as the one who tried to tell the tale of the ones living in hollows
two that people have a save journey in their lives although that doesn't mean
they shouldn't face obstacles, but that doesn't mean
people should be like helpless barnacles who got swept by an ocean tide
a real hardship might stop you at first but put up a fight
next thing you now you emerge victorious like a little crustacean hanging onto
a reef, beating the current of water trying to sweep him away
full of relief
and on your face a big grin spread wide
and you also know there was a lesson learned on that day
now for the third wish this request will be unlike any other
it is for the conquest of that unnecessary, hazard causing hate
that loathing that kills that hostility that starts wars-but it's too late
you know why because i swore that till the day i die i wouldn't bother
and i would do my very best to never hold a grudge
in my thoughts or in my hand
so now i hope that you can understand
and please don't start to judge
since i couldn't live with the terrible and chose love instead,
other souls have to suffer from ignorance, hate, greed and lead
i realize what i hold in my arms is a lamp but more modern day to say
i am carrying a flashlight but even if it had magical attributes it won't pay
for the things i asked for simply because i seem to have lost the batteries....

The morning dew that had settled on my petals

A rickety boat a sailing went,
Found peace of mind in a sea hell bent,
Where none would venture this boat was sent,
Her name
There's a light on an ocean
from a window on the shore.
It escapes the human touch
and filters through the door
to a world unknown

Wonderful as a job well done
