Can meditation lead to a better relationship?
Such a question requires some meditation. The contemplation of that question means the reader is seeking to find help with a relationship. Whether the relationship is with ourselves or with others there is a common denominator; relationships to grow, to progress do need nourishment. A willingness to use all avenues available is a sign of a commitment.
Self-meditation takes us on a journey of studying ourselves. We are examining all the corners of our psyche. If we wish better relationships with others, we have to know ourselves first. Take that knowledge gained through meditation and apply it to our relationships. Self-meditation allows us that avenue. I hope when we meditate, we find self-awareness. It is an avenue of exploration that gives us the courage to face the positives and the negatives of ourselves. We will find we have questions; perhaps an uncertainty of how to understand some of the things we discover. Perhaps we find that we have come to some conclusions but we do not know what they mean. We find, as well, things that we did not know, and do not even understand. When that happens one of the places we can turn is to consult a psychic.
Psyche to psychic, there is a connection. A search of Web definition for psyche will show, "psyche mind-that which is responsible for one's thoughts and feelings" "the seat of faculty of reason". Now the Web definition of psychic is "affecting or influenced by the human mind". "A person apparently sensitive to things beyond the natural range of perception." To consult a psychic will help us to pull the veil away from our meditation revelations. Consulting a psychic will enable us to understand and with understanding comes the ability to apply what we learn for the betterment of our relationships. It sounds likes a somewhat clinical approach to meditation, relationship help, and justifying consulting a psychic. We have all read about psychics at some time or another. An author can show a consultation with a psychic to be positive or negative in experience, depending upon that author's opinion. The only way to know is to stop reading about it and actually go out and consult a psychic ourselves. There is so much to gain by taking that step.
However, there is another side to that because relationships are not clinical or logical; and neither is meditation. Meditation is something very intense and very revealing. Meditation takes us into ourselves and at the same time out of
