Little Love Lost
She walks in beauty
So dark and deep
Under stars that shimmer
Does she walk to seek
She talks to the Spirits
With her desperate whispers
She asks for solace
For her hearts silent whimpers
She sees not her Soul's
Own blinding light
For it's covered in shroud
Woven of sorrows might
She knows of the Journey
It's laughter and tears
She's fought to survive
She's conquered her fears
But, at times there's a heart break
Memories so tender and soft
She weeps by the river
For Little Love Lost
And, always comes an Angel
With its silver mist ether
Wrapping her wounded heart
Until sadness doth wither
Infused with iron will
Her Soul sings to Joy's task
Now in mysteries song
Does her melody bask
Some say she lifts herself
For she's not made to be soft
But Angels in Heaven knows
It's Little Love Lost
