Poetry: Pro life

To my mommy;

If you only allow me a chance to live
A life of happiness I promise to give

I won't disappoint you
I only want your love

I want to share your life with you
Not watch you from above

I didn't ask to be here
But here I need to be

Please Mommy don't take my life away
For i'm not a choice you see

I'm a little human being
a gift from heaven above

Mommy please protect me
Your job is only to love

I know you feel there's an easier way out
I really can't agree

I pray you make the right choice for us
When you do,Please remember me...

Love, your baby
