In Genesis (the Bible) Eve ate the forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge. Eve had Adam also eat of the forbidden fruit; suddenly they realized they were naked. Eve and Adam were driven out from the Garden of Eden as they committed a sin in the eyes of god for eating from the tree, as they now had knowledge. Was this a sin, or was it a control to protect them? God was right, but Adam and Eve were also right.

We are faced with a similar conundrum with information access; is it the source of evil to know, or is it a right to always have access to it? The strangest part is; we truly are naked without access to critical information.

Fortunately for us today we have choices for access to information; we have the power to forbid access to certain "Fruits" or pearls of information. To see this from the government's perspective and a citizen's perspective let's explore.

Documents that should not be accessible online-

"Personal Hall of Records"

Access to all information directly related to an individual such as ancestry, religion, medical, financial, employment, anything and all data collected specifically by the government on an individual's life should be available at their very own request. This information should be accessible on a centrally located database system ISOLATED from internet access. Isolating this critical information from the internet is the only way to protect individuals from identity theft, and other malicious attacks that can occur with release of private information. Keeping the information protected centrally and easily accessible to the individual is critical towards enhancing each and every citizen's life.

Documents that should be accessible online-

"National and International Hall of Records"

1-Access to court documents where there have been convictions including elected officials (excluding minor traffic infractions) including photo, and a physical description of the formerly convicted.

2-Access to statistics- birth rates and deformities (all genders), deaths (all causes).

Traffic accidents, crime rates (including the crimes committed), wages of everyone in all positions, natural and unnatural resources, unknown environmental anomalies (UFO's, strange creature sightings and the like).

3-Access to all detailed government spending categorized in a detailed manor (education, medical, social, roads, policing, and so on) showing the public clearly where state funding is going into. This will demonstrate where weaknesses are, as well as strengths.
