This must be the softest pillow on Earth, even if that feather smell is misleading. Good thing She's in that shower thing, or She'd have me up for breakfast.
Hmm Breakfast doesn't sound too bad right now. Last night's Can was pretty yummy. Sure am glad She knows how to open those things. I wouldn't even have known they had anything inside. She must be pretty smart.
What's in the cup? Milk? Blah! Just that nasty black stuff she drinks with a bit of milk. How on earth could she do that? I actually saw Her eat an Orange yesterday! Is She nuts? That stuff isn't food. Maybe She's not as smart as I thought.
Think I'll go see if She's almost done. This carpet sure feels better than that hard, slippery stuff in the kitchen. Nose to door, a little push and I'm in the steamy bathroom.
"Hey, Cat, shut the door, will you?" She says.
Not too likely. That cool air ought to get her moving.
"Meow, meow." Where's breakfast, I ask.
"Okay, okay, fuzzy. I'm coming." She says.
She's all wet and drippy and this bathroom is too much. Think I'll wait elsewhere. Back to the pillow? Naw, She might forget breakfast. Windowsill? It might be fun to watch the birds. No, She'll chase me. I just don't see why she cares about those things hanging over the windows. One little claw-hanging stretch and She loses her mind.
Maybe a quick bath. Must've stepped in something last night in the kitchen while she was cooking. What the heck? Oh, I remember. She made something She called Mac n Cheese. The cheese part is pretty good but it sure sticks to the fur. There, got it. I wish She'd cook fish tonight. Mmmm... Love those heads and tails! Hope she never makes that Stirfry She made the other night. Smelled so good, but ended up being nothing but plants!
Oh, here She comes. Rub the leg, rub the leg, feels good. Little drink of water, slightly stale but okay. Yes! Yes! The Can! More rubbing. She seems to like it, too. Horrible noise. Delightful meat smell. Tail up. Great happiness. Anticipation.
She sure does some funny things. I guess most of Them do. Those shower things, for instance. You'd think She actually enjoyed being pelted with hot water. And that terrible stuff She drinks. I don't know what She sees in it. She must not like water. They certainly are strange creatures. But They do make good peanut butter cookies.
