Wal-Mart isn't bad for America. There are situations that need to be fixed, in order to make it a better work place. If you're an employee there, and you miss so many days, your terminated, even if you have missed work for good reasons.

The part of Wal-Mart that hires, fires, or is in charge of the sick days approvals, needs to starts believing, that their employees are real people with real feelings. Employers need to stay in better connection with their employees, inorder for them to stay one big supportive family. This will help the Walmart company stand up with pride, and integrity, that will help them keep the store always thriving to the top.

Friendly service is always waiting to greet you at your local Wal-Mart store. This means alot when you go into your Walmart store after a hard days work. You'll enter the store, to find a friendly Wal-Mart employee, waiting to start your shopping experience out on the right foot.

If your confused and don't know where to go, head for the front desk, that's usually at the front of the store. There'll be an employee that will be more than happy to give you information about what you are looking for, and if she isn't sure she'll call for assistance. Either way this make for a pleasant shopping experience at Wal-Mart.

Wal-Mart managers need to always enforce a good standing rule position. If your a hard working employee. and you need a day off, and have just found out, you've reached your quota, your previous job performance should speak for itself. Your great work performance, should give you time off with much appreciation. If this rule can be enforce Wal-Mart will be unbeatable.

It takes alot to make a business successful, however it only takes a little more effort to make it better. By working with some basic techniques, and smart thinking employers, the store will become something, that the town looks up to. A place to talk about all their future plans for their future in. It's a place where people can enjoy the day laughing and Christmas shopping together. A place to find great Christmas cards, and Christmas presents, to Halloween, and valentine's day gifts ideas. WalMart is the place, that the town is counting on for all their gift ideas.

No,Wal-mart is not bad for America, however if employers can make a few adjustments , on hiring, firing, and helping their employees stay at their hopefully lifetime jobs, this will make Wal-Mart the way Sam Walton would have wanted it.
