The US military forces can do magic in war battered zones, when they are organized correctly.
One of the best examples is what the United States did after the world war in Germany and Japan. Yes and it is the hope that these forces in the future will deal much more in helping and rebuilding war battered areas. The economy of Japan and Germany that were bankrupt are today the best economies and these countries have succeeded in ways others have not. All this is thanks to the United States and the army pumping in money and rebuilding these countries.
The United States has machinery and possibilities that many of these war battered zones will ever have. Naturally once has to be careful and think to which areas you send troops because you want them to build and not be destroyed.
The army first of all has an organization that is incredible and has all the possibilities that normal cities or even countries have. The United States military forces can make plans and bring in machinery without limits.
Look at the speed they can rebuild a whole city and do it in a way that can be magical for the future of that city or country. The other part of the army and its units is that she can plan, organize and build up the economy of a city or country by planning it in ways unheard of.
So if you take all the information and condense it you will see that when organized correctly the United States army can do a magical job. From planning a new city, and going through the rebuilding. Using also local workers and giving jobs to locals, to helping the population to come back to themselves.
The United States army can be used and is used to help civilians in many different situations , from helping civilians to flee to helping civilians in areas where earthquakes or natural disasters happened, that for me is like after a war zone.
What the United States army also does is giving medical help and building back the medical facilities, they maintain and repair equipment, they oversee contracts, and they build up everything that a city or country might need.
This is the best thing that can be done for the good name of the United States, by spending the money in building back a city or a country the United States can earn much more at lesser costs in the long run and have a hand in the businesses they build up and help the populations. The United States army can organize schools and help teachers and send in teachers to help the population. In fact there is no limit as to what the United States army can do to help civilian populations after wars.
