Would you mind just for today
and dare to play a part?
You see I have no one to hold,
dear Cupid missed his mark.
The stage is set, the lines
are writ, for this small one act play.
I promise when the curtain falls,
we'll have no more to say.
So join me in a dialog
and whisper sonnet lines.
We'll take a bow and leave the stage.
Bravo my valentine!
