Poetry: Horror

by April Miller

Created on: February 06, 2009

At days end

As the stars peek over the trees

It becomes dark and spooky

Among the graves

Don't look

As they move around you

Run quick

Don't just stand there

Shadows move

It becomes darker

As names you have never seen before

Darken from your sight

Statues eyes begin to glow

Everything else begins to fade

Your vision fades

It becomes darker until

All you see is endless darkness

The path seems wary

You feel lost

You seem lost

You are lost

You have no light

But the moon above

Careful or you'll parish
