Super bowl Sunday,
What about Monday?
Now what's a guy to do?

Months of waitin'
Without any playin'
Talk about feeling blue

Kinda gets me to thinkin..

I gotta get a bottle of wine
And some of the fine-est cologne
And a new pair of shoes
Rent a limousine
So we can be seen
Walking to our table for two

Get her a teddy bear
Some fancy underwear
Maybe then she'll let me have my way

Cause the super bowl's over
It's time to start thinkin'
'bout Valentine's day

Ring her up on the phone
Nobody's home
I hope she's not avoiding my call

I feel kinda bad
How I never had
Time for her when I was watchin' football
