" Family reunions "
Headstones stand out
Surrounded by green grass
Marble and gravel rocks
Reflections from my past
Aunts and Uncles
Grandparents too
Resting in peace
Truth known by few
It is now their home
Tombs where they lay
Paying them a visit
Each and every holiday
Never shed a tear
They are in a better place
Beneath the warm sands
Sleeping in loving grace
Kneel by their grave
Red roses shines bright
Each time I go
Feels like we all reunite

Poetry: The cemetery

My loving baby

Next to my heart
Not knowing her

among these total scum you have,
the ones who are graveyard
