A good drink is a rare jewel, and you never know when you're going to find one. Sometimes they're at the neighborhood tavern or locally owned restaurant, and other times it's the selection at the area's most popular night club that really hits the spot. Of course, the real mastermind behind a good drink is a great bartender

The Flirtini One of my favorite signature drinks is the Flirtini, a martini with a unique twist. The Flirtini is made with Stoli vodka, orange liquer and a splash of pineapple and cranberry juice. The drink is served in a martini glass with a swizzle stick of stacked raspberries and topped with a splash of champagne.

The Flirtini had a refreshing, fruity taste and the fizz of the champagne adds an unexpected flare. It's like two cocktails in one because of the champagne and liquor.

The Bloody Mary A great Bloody Mary starts with an impressive garnish. Try a slice of red bell pepper, celery stalk, olive, pepperocini and pickle spear. Under the garnish is a spicy drink that goes down smooth. The best Bloody Mary is made with spicy Bloody Mary mix, Absolut pepper, and siaracha. The spice can be toned down or dialed up to taste.

The Doc Hollywood Kona Grill makes a drink called Doc Hollywood, with Schmirnoff blueberry, huckleberry puree, triple sec, soda water, and fresh mint, topped with a sweet rock candy swizzle stick. The Doc Hollywood is light and almost airy, and just a touch of sweet.

Fruitini The Fruitini is another fresh, fruity, sweet martini. The drink is a mix of Stoli strawberry, Stoli orange, sour grenadine and pineapple juice. The Fruitini masters the balance between sweet, but not too sweet without the strong taste of alcohol. This drink is the kind of drink that can make you forget the cold winter weather and help you escape to a warm summer day.
