I wish you had a spine
To stick up for what's right
Not give into the others
Because you hate to fight.
You knew it in your heart
What they told to you was wrong
But you still let it happen
Because of that she's gone.
You hated all the drama
Yet couldn't see the way
And so you made your choice
But she still had to pay.
You couldn't see the reasons
She doesn't want to know
You're someone she relied on
But you told her to go.
So aren't you just damned lucky
That despite all the above
She's got enough forgiveness
To still give you some love.
