Spinning my wheels
Chasing my tail,
Banging my head against a wall,
I've beaten this dead horse half to death,
Been robbing Peter to try and pay Paul,
Paycheck to paycheck
And meal to meal,
Dollar to dollar
And day to day
Getting by, by the skin of my teeth
Until my grill is worn away
Gloom, despair and agony
This life aint what I thought it would be
It's gonna be the death of me,
I need to win the lottery,
Gloom despair and agony
This life aint what I thought it would be
Do me a favorsomebody please,
Please steal my identity.
Stuck in the mud,
Runnin uphill
Getting nowhere pretty fast,
Sucks to have such rotten luck,
The only kind that seems to last
Penny to penny and
Dime to dime,
Minute to minute and
Year to year
The ladder gets longer
The longer I climb
Somebody hand me another beer.
Gloom, despair and agony

I need a margarita and

Buffett on the radio
And cold cash in my hand,

Need a new identity?
I'd gladly give you mine.
