Snowy Day Alone
(V.1)
Crystal white rivers run through the sky
Like ice that sheds from an all seeing eye
The temperature plunges
Freezing my heart
Like the pain you inflict
In your torturous art.
(Chorus)
Its a snowy day for emotions
A frozen wasteland of death
Where love's set aside
And there is no where to hide
Just the shattered heart that is left.
(V.2)
The angel I knew on the crisp winter ground
The heavenly stars can not be found
Erased from my soul
Azure blue eyes
Void of the light
Left me alone on a cold snowy night.
(V.3)
Where is my princess will she be back
Will white ever come to a soul left in black
From the loss of her touch
From soft precious lips
The embrace of a snowflake
Its her touch that I miss.
(V.4)
Good bye to my heart frozen in stone
Entombed by a rapture that was mine alone
My eyes slowly close
To the visions of snow
A frozen desolation
A snowy day all alone.

can you see

At dawn after the long, dark night,
Our baby girl said, "It all makes white."
She'd never seen it snow before
As she stood

Born somewhere in the clouds
I am falling from the sky
The journey of a snowflake
Is much more than meets the eye

It's a cold, cold snowy day
In this hell that you've given me
This world where you've imprisoned me -
Wrapped your ivy branches
EGRET STORM
(V.1) My heart feels heavy like the clouds, filled with deep regret,
Grey and black and all around, not coloured
