The words you speak
They sometimes hurt.
Why must you always
Minimize my worth.
A mother should love you,
Protect you,
And keep you.
A mother's the only one you know
Who will be true.
Why do you hurt me with your words?
Sometimes the things you say are so absurd.
Why do you hate me?
Am I not your dove?
What must I do for,
A mother's love.
