Free ipod? Seriously? I won't blow smoke, it's not completely free. But yes, it's possible to get an Ipod from a 'freebie' site for under $5.
Legit freebie sites have no interest in scamming you. They WANT you to get your gift. In order to get your free item, you must first go through completeing an offer. This is tricky for some, but very easy with the proper help.
First, you'll need a website to start from. It's free to sign up at. Take a look around, you aren't obligated to do any offers.

N ow, the freebie sites can't just give away stuff. The way they make their money is through sponsor offers, which is how they can afford to offer incentives for trying them. There are 2 options in your sign up. One- an account with 'points'. The second is for an account with 'referrals'. I'd recommend a referral account, it costs less than a points will.
After signing up, to the offers page you go! Look through the list, there are some great choices. Now, in order to get your prize you HAVE to do one offer. Ready? Here's the important things to remember.
*Read the terms of service, jot down all information you'll need. (phone number for the companies, if it's a trial offer, how long till it ends.)
Another thing is, nobody wants to spend money doing an offer if it won't credit on your account, making your prize available. In order to get credit, here's how to correctly do an offer and receive credit.
*Clear cookies. Hit your refresh button. Log back into the site. (If hitting refresh hasn't exited you out of the site, then log out and then back in) Go straight to the offer you want to do. Complete the offer and stay on the thank you/confirmation page of the offer for at least 10 minutes to allow the cookie to pass through. DO NOT BROWSER SURF. Just take a coffee break and let it sit there.
Of course you need to make sure you have your popup blocker turned off and your computer set to accept all cookies. Setting your computer to accept all cookies will NOT jeopardize the security of your computer, all it does is allow the site to see that you completed the offer.
After you receive credit, here's the next part. Refer some friends to do the same. If you'd rather not try to explain how to do this to your friends, just try some online traffic sites to get your link out there. It does really work, and you'll feel amazing once you get your prize.
Good luck. :)
