Psoriatic arthritis and ear pain

Arthritis and ear pain are two of the ailments of many that I seem to be more a part of every day. My left ear has been buzzing like crazy so I got up and put a few ear drops in it and though its far from better it a little more manageable. I usually go into see my family physician once every year to clean a little ear wax build up in this ear. I don't know why just one ear acts up so a few years ago when I had a flare up I went to a Specialist and he said my other ear was showing signs of some deterioration but that ear seemed to be alright or the least problematic.

I went home and for a few more months I suffered and then went to my Family doctor and after a couple shots of warm soapy water into the canal I all of a sudden could hear out of my left ear. I was so happy I almost wanted to jump up and down but thought better of it because the last time I jumped off a step just two steps from the bottom my left knee buckled and I found myself flat on my face.

My arthritis is another problem altogether though it is in my legs almost entirely. My knees certainly give me enough trouble when sitting, when lying down, when walking so I deal with it. Also my ankles are nearly the same but far worse when the pains comes to bear. To deal with the pain I go walking and although it hurts it seems after I walk a hundred yards it lessens so I keep going for a mile and sometimes two just according to where I'm walking the weather and how bad the pain is.

After I'm done walking and get my legs up to relax then sometimes the pain sets so I take Entrophen 500 mg and it helps but the aspirin based pills have side effects though I'm not entirely sure which are related to the pains or other symptoms I have.

There is no real break from the pain so I have to endure and it sometimes helps to write because I'm thinking all the time about what I'm writing and it keeps my mind off the pain. I went in to have an operation a year ago last October so in 2007.

They were to clean the arthritic deterioration on one knee and check the other for other possible problems. They found a torn ligament so that explained why the knee gave out a couple or three times when putting strain on it. The only thing that actually helps me in a positive way is the walking and viewing the scenery and wildlife and photographing the antics and things the animals and Birds do to create and more pleasurable trip walking on until I can no longer walk at all.
