Korea to crack down on wife-selling

This three part post connects a story in the news today, with something that's been known for a long time, with something that happened to me just before Christmas. Please put up with my rambling to get a better idea about why Korea is being internationally humiliated again.

Yet Another Damning Fact About Korea

The sad fact is that Korea is a racist country that is adapting to life in the real world. It's like a teenager trying to become a grown up but failing at every step. They try to look big, but look petty and small; they pretend to be responsible, but get caught and embarrassed.

This usually occurs because Korea now sets its sights upon the world beyond its borders, but still can't imagine anyone without those deformed extremities from mattering. They talk nonsense about Japan that embarrasses anyone not named Park, Kim or Lee. They idolise America and try painfully to imitate anything they think leads to material wealth.

But most disturbingly, it's all based on racism and greed. These characteristics sum up the Korean mentality perfectly. I've delved into this many times on this blog, so look back through the racism' sections in the archive to see more.

What I'm going to discuss here takes into consideration Korea's attitudes towards women and foreigners, and most disturbingly, South East Asian women.

Whereas your average American, Canadian or Brit can jump back on a plane and ditch this little peninsula, or try the more difficult route of trying to sue someone, the women who are sold to Korean men are not afforded such luxury. Hell, if it came to it I'm happy to know I'm bigger than most people here and wouldn't think twice about punching my boss if he came between me and a paycheck.

But for the women whom Korean men resort to buying as their wives, this is not an option. They are treated as you would expect a Korean man to treat a woman, only worse because of her nationality. They are beaten and abused. And in Korean society, they are nothing because of their genes.

In addition, many of these women are forced to work to support their nasty husbands, and Korea has been warned by the UN about the way it treats immigrant workers. Conditions are appalling in the low paying jobs that are handed to foreign wives.

But apparently it just keeps rolling along. Cambodia has banned Korean men from marrying their women because of the abuse they suffer at the hands of these beasts, and of this beastly society. Vietnam also banned Koreans from arranging marriages, yet it
