Songs: Morning coffee

by Elizabeth Robinson

Created on: February 03, 2009

CHORUS:

mornin coffee, mornin coffee

can't be without my- morning coffee

If I could not have- my mornin coffee

have no idea- where my brain would be.

1ST VERSE:

Try to wake early- in the mornin

don't hear the buzzer go off at all

when I try to get- up out of bed now

I try my best not- to trip or fall.

I feel my way to the kitchen counter

I try to find my favorite cup

If I weren't standing on both my feet now

You couldn't tell that I had woke up.

CHORUS:

mornin coffee, mornin coffee

can't be without my- morning coffee

If I could not have- my mornin coffee

have no idea- where my brain would be.

2ND VERSE:

I make the coffee and take a sip now

and then it hits me like a truck.

If I did not have my mornin coffee

could not get out there and make a buck...

CHORUS:

to buy my coffee, my mornin coffee

can't be without my- morning coffee

If I could not have- my mornin coffee

have no idea- where my brain would be.
