[v1]
Flakes, endless falling flakes, falling down on me,
Always make me cry.
Back, always take me back to see,
Where snowblind notions lie.
[v2]
Snow, swirling snow, swirling around my head,
In stark, frozen landscape outside,
Quiet and sterile, like a love long dead,
That grew cold and died.
[CHORUS]
Snowy days make me cry.
Snowy days make me try to remember
A love forged deep in June.
Snowy days make me see,
What snowy days once meant to me,
beneath the winter moon.
[v3]
Silence, winter silence chokes my heart away,
In the icy grip of grief.
One winter day stole our world away,
And time became the thief.
[v4]
Walking home alone, all alone our separate ways,
Through a haze of frozen tears.
Our footprints in the snow diverge, bringing days
Of loneliness and the fears.
[v5]
When the snow falls, I can recall your smiling eyes,
Over the scarf concealing the depths
Of your love. The snow subsides, we say our goodbyes,
And a final glance behind reveals no sign of our steps
[CHORUS]
Snowy days make me cry.
Snowy days make me try to remember
A love forged deep in June.
Snowy days make me see,
What snowy days once meant to me,
beneath the winter moon.

It's a cold, cold snowy day
In this hell that you've given me
This world where you've imprisoned me -
Wrapped your ivy branches
EGRET STORM
(V.1) My heart feels heavy like the clouds, filled with deep regret,
Grey and black and all around, not coloured
