PAIN
I was the mountain you could not climb,
I was the poem you could not rhyme.
I was the sea you could not sail,
I was the letter you could not mail.
You were a dream, remaining unreal,
but it will not change the way I feel-
I was the game you could not play,
I was the one that got away.
I was the wind that you shut out,
Mine was the name you could not shout.
You were the sunshine in the rain,
You are the cause of all this pain-
I was the life you could not have,
I was the life you could not have.

I feel my heart start sinking,

I can not stop this thinking

With stabs in my back
I grow weary
