Is a symbol of love
Who's Christ like behavior
Is sent from above

With a humble heart
Who loves one and all
And a friend till the end
No enemies to call

The gift of the Rose
Is given by the peers
Of the one who exemplifies
An Angel through the years

An honor it is
To receive this special Rose
For they have made a difference
And everyone knows

This certain individual
Opened up her heart
Kindly helping others
Right from the very start

An Angel here on earth
This Christ like human being
Your class mate you have chosen
Her name is Kimberly

Tears rolled down my face
For I had no idea
That all my peers would vote for me
Among my schooling years

Thank you for this precious gift
I hold it very near
And it will travel with me
With each new passing year

The Rose Award
Is a tradition from above
That children will learn
In a message of love

Kindness is the key
Through life's magic ride
