Songs: On your own

by Randall Walker

Created on: February 01, 2009

Verse 1

I'm just sitting, trying to collect my thoughts

Nothing good is coming, and my mind is lost

Ive been sipping whiskey, but my mouth is dry

Lonely days are all that ever pass me bye

I know that your worried, and your missing me

But I just need some space, and some room to breath

Chorus

Remember when used play in the snow

We used to sit and talk all night on the phone

Those days are gone, and were growing old

Now we have to think about them on our own

Verse 2

I wonder what your doing at this very hour

maybe walking the dog, or maybe taking a shower

Sometimes I sit and wonder if we would have last

But it doesn't do no good, thinking about the past

I know its for the best, but it hurts sometimes

Sometimes I wonder if I ever really tried

Chorus Repeat twice
