Of the historic philosophies and governing systems which had proven to be, invariably, successful, our precious Constitution was constructed. Among many others, two crises need to be, immediately, addressed... The Rule of Law and State Constitutions:
The Rule of Law is an old British system of creating a law, or set of laws, on the spur of the moment, in order to handle a crisis which had not been adequately addressed within their, so-called, constitution ...AFTER which the law(s) is(are) determined to be, either, constitutional or unconstitutional. Our Forefathers, however, having suffered as victims of the British Rule of Law, carefully considered, and crafted, a full, dynamic system of protection, such that any, and all, literally-constitutional laws which could be passed by future American law-makers would, adequately, address any issues which could possibly arise ...thus, eliminating, altogether, any need for The Rule of Law. Now, as a nation, we are, instead, forced to cope with such issues as Columbine, the removal of The Ten Commandments from American courts of law, et alii. Atheists need not fear The Lord's Prayer, The Golden Rule, or The Ten Commandments, given that that they do not violate any logical
