The "Code of Silence" Is Killing Us !
According to a, now, heavily-protected source within the Probation Division of the Los Angeles County Department of Corrections, "at least one person is killed in Los Angeles County by the police, each and every day."
The citizens' offenses were said to be, most frequently, non-criminal, such as "...being homeless and a constant eyesore, speaking in an offensive manner, such as swearing at a police officer, ...being a punk." Upon further questioning, the official stated that such victims are usually "shot, beaten, or strangled to death", the police officers are of "all races", and "...the bodies are, most frequently, never found".
The official, then, claimed that, "...the number of people who can not be arrested for a crime and are taken to hospitals for psychiatric evaluation, so that they will lose their power as free citizens, is reaching ridiculous proportions. ...any person taken by the police to a hospital for evaluation is forced...", by being granted "no logical alternative" "...to sign themselves in...if they refuse, they're, automatically, signed in by the attending psychiatrist for an indefinite length of time...either way, their credibility is permanently eliminated..." and, as such, "...their ability to testify, to effect a will...", as well as other "material rights".
Just prior to this confidential exchange, the same County official, an African-American, had said to a, purportedly, prejudiced Caucasian, that "black police officers" are, now, "in power" and that they will "tear you up", and there would be nothing that he could do about it, because the officers "never leave evidence" ...and such cases are "never reported".
Commentary:
1. This travesty must be permanently ended, as quickly as possible... as such, this issue needs to be aired by way of every national news outlet and opened to immediate discussion within the halls of the Congress for the swiftest possible action by our Representatives and Senators.
2. According to the literal parameters of the Constitution of the United States of America, a proper militia is to be engaged to bring a person charged with a genuine crime before the courts. Never are the members of said militia to take the law into their own hands by serving as judge, jury, and executioner.
3. Police Officers were not included within the framework of the literal [ = ] parameters of our precious Constitution and, until the unabridged English Dictionary of 1776 which was used by Benjamin Franklin
