Our Angel
She entered our lives
On a blind date
Fit right in
It was quite simply fate
Eventhough she was
My brother's girl
She grew in our hearts
Became part of our world
They married one day
And she was "officially" in
So when the bad news came
It just didn't sink in
It was cancer they said
The damn ferocious beast
Was stealing her life
As it continued to feast
She didn't deserve this
She was as kind as could be
Attack someone else
Please set her free
She fought a brave battle
Was determined to win
But that evil monster
Refused to give in
Now I can see
Understand and believe
There are Angels among us
Which is why she did leave
There isn't a day
She's not remembered or missed
She's our Angel now
Heaven's been blessed
