Love is a word we still use
But the meaning is so confused
If you love me and if I love you,
Why can't I feel it in your touch
Why can't I see it in your eyes
Or see it in the way you act with me
Why can't I feel it in my heart or in my soul?
Where did it go or was it ever really here
Was it just a fantasy I wanted so desperately
Why do you still tell me you love me?
When there's no meaning behind your eyes
Why are you still here?
Why do I stay?
Are we hoping magically it will just appear?
If we had it, it is gone now
Where did it go?
How can we get what we lost?
How can we survive without the love we want?
Maybe it was all just an illusion
It's time to wake up now
And recognize that it's gone!
It's time to move on.

Poetry: Love is gone
by Leah Curtis
I am walking out that door again today
just as I said I was a hundred times before.
All those songs about unrequited love
playing
I thought our love was true
That's how I fell for you
Said you'd always be there
Now, you are not here
I can't see your
Love is gone
But time doesn’t stop, tomorrow will still dawn
We can’t seem to get along
Everything we do together
by Mike Patrick
Alone, solitary, dependent on none.
No one to care, no reason to run.
Freedom of choice and action is mine.
Only myself to
"One-sided Love"
I am not the seed of any evil
I am not going to be dormant For the root of your pride.
I count too
Matter
