The benefits of regular exercise

Many of us are very active when we are young and as we get older we slow down and ultimately don't do exercise which is really a shame. I know that we can all find a couple of excuses for which we don't exercise. My kid is my first priority, School comes first, There's no time after work, I'm too tired, I'm too old.................................. and the list goes on and on. We must all wake up and realize that by not exercising regularly we are shortening our life and our youth. There are many great benefits to exercising every day. For one we keep our vascular system running strong reducing the risk of heart attacks or cardio vascular problems which are becoming all too common. Another great benefit is it makes us feel younger and look younger which is what we want more and more as we get older. When we feel good and look good everything in life is a lot sweeter. It suddenly becomes easier to get out of bed in the morning and you might not even need that cup of coffee in the morning. Maybe just maybe it could give some of that old spark back in a romantic relationships.

Now your probably asking yourself how can i excersize every day?

Well its actiolly pretty simple. Many things that you don't consider as exercising could be. For example you could go out and play sport with your children for an hour. That is a good way to have family quality time and exercise at the same time. You could go for a walk/ jog with your significant other and talk about your day while you do it. Another great way of having fun while exercising is enroll yourself into a dance class. I would advice some Latin ballroom dancing because of the upbeat rhythms and the faster nature of the dances.As long as your having fun work becomes easy and you bearly even notice that your actiolly exercising . Of course there are the traditional like lifting weights, bicycling, running, swimming, kempo karate. In my opinion the funnest way to exercise is kick-boxing and rock climbing.

In the end if you want to live a long and healthy life I suggest that you exercise for at least 1 hour a day and just to have fun with it. Make it a family thing. If you want to look better and feel better this is the way to go. We are all different people so find what you like and do it. Please don't be another one of those kind of people that are full of excuses. Just remember excuses are like buttholes, everyones got one.
