DREAMS
A sleepless night of restless dreams,
Of wondrous glory by mountain streams,
Of old and unknown places.
Strange and sullen faces.
Dreams that make no sense to me,
Places where I have no wish to be.
Some that continue to scare in my wake.
Others that my breath they take.
Several seem so strange to me.
From these dreams I wish to be free.
Dreams of anger, fear and hate,
That show my future and my fate.
