Of course the answer is no for two good reasons,

1./ If they are experienced and qualified enough then why should they get extra help. It is now meant to be equal right for men and women and this should be all on equal par if your disabled or not. If disabled people are to be valued and treated as equal then they should have to face the same tasks and troubles every one else has to, to get a job. As long as the company they are applying for a job with are going to look at their experience and skills and not their disability then no extra help should be needed. If any help should be given it should be correctly by the government but not to individuals but to the companies offering jobs. This way it would protect the disabled and abled body workers in treating both fairly.

2./ There are more able bodiedpeople out there needing help getting work. It would not benefit the economy or companies if there are vast amounts of able body worker who can work who are not given help. With the larger numbers of abled body workers needing help it them who should be given any extra help. To get more people into work would improve the economy as a whole, and this work then have a good effect on the job market and probably create more jobs in the wider picture therefore creating more opportunities for both abled and disabled people looking for work.

If any one really believes that disabled people should be given extra help to get work then you are only showing pity on the way they are DISABLED. If they want equal treatment then it is already offered by many of companies and if they do not have the experience or skills then thats is a problem they need to adjust personally. Already there are hundreds of ways disabled people can get help getting further education and opportunities, they need to take control of their lives and if they really want to work they need to make this happen, this also applies for the able bodied people looking for work.

If you disagree with this then write back and tell me why open my eyes to areas and issues that i may of not looked at in depth or even totally not paid any attention to, see if you can change me from my strong NO help views to maybe saying ok actually disabled people do require an element of help!

Send me your articles to read on this subject, i'm not claiming to be an expert but this i feel is a fair opinion, the fittess survive in this day and age. If we drag along the weak then we are only holding our society and economy back.
