Trust is the confidence and reliance put on something or somebody. It is the element in the trustee that gives hope in the trusted. Trust is created over a sustained time in a relationship. Trust in a business can be created between the business and the cutomers and workers. Th employers want to be sure that the employees are trustworthy before the employers can entrust them with the affiars of the company, the employees want to be sure that their efforts will be recognised, the customers want to be sure that the products and services they are getting are 'value for money' and the business wants to be sure that its product or services will be procured by the customers to remain in business.
As a businesss man, the following are some of the tips in making sure that your business is trusted:

Businesses that keep appointment and make their words their bond are more trusted than businesses that disappoint. It is important for businesses that want to earn trust from people to be trusworthy. Deliver on time and as at when due. Do not make false promises to customers and staff.
Create Trust
Create trust among the staff, customers and the general public of your business by being open about your mission. Let the mission statement and vision of the company be opened to all. You must be transparent about your business. You can either engrave the mission statement on the wall where everybody can see it or frame and hang it conspicuously for people to see it. There is no better policy to building trust than being transparent. A business that wants to create trust should not be shady in the ways it handles trivial matters.
Encourage Rapport
Comunication gap between parties can bring lack of trust. Create rapport between the stakeholders to create trust. The best thing is for parties to put in place trust review system. This involve being close to each other to reassess and reassure trustworthiness of the other party.
Work Hard
Organisations can only create trust by working hard and producing quality products and services. Lower price is not what
