When traveling throughout the United States of America on holiday, there are many places to stay while offering scenic views and wonderful stays. The only thing that matters is the budget one wishes to spend while visiting.
Extravagant
For those wishing to spend cash like water, there are many high-profile sites that are waiting to be seen. Specialty hotels, like the Peninsula and Loews hotels, have 4-5 star hotels across the states. There is quite a selection of expensive places to visit in the USA. Hawaii is mostly a massive vacation spot, with helicopter rides, wonder weather, and memorable beaches. Discovery Cove in Orlando Florida is also a great place to visit. While a sister site of Sea World, here one can actually swim with the dolphins and marine life found in Sea World. Disneyland is considered the grandest and greatest holiday stay of all American places for a good reason. The number of attractions for young and old alike are numerous and wonderful, well worth the ticket price.
A Little Generous
For those who don't mind spending a little but discouraged at spending a fortune, there are hotels that offer basic but clean places to stay. Best Western and Marriott Hotels have good values on their rooms while still keeping a very high quality of stay. For sightseeing, many national parks offer a mild fee for incredible views and wonders of nature. Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming contains the geyser Old Faithful, one of the longest running geysers in the world. The Grand Canyon in Arizona is also another spot many people enjoy. Other than natural parks, Disneyland is also a viable option for vacationing. While long stays do ring up a hefty price, many offers and discounts are easy to find online and in travel brochures.
Tight Budget
For those who know that money is a tricky, there are plenty of options for visiting the United States. Many state have multiple camping sites, and all of these offer hiking trails, beaches, and several places to visit around the town they are located, such as art museums, memorials, and family-fun attractions abound. In Illinois, the Lincoln Presidential Museum offers hours of entertainment and learning. Visiting Caves, like the Hidden River Cave in Kentucky and Missouri Caves, contain great exploration tours for a small price.
General Tips on Saving Money
Whatever amount spent at the intended destination is up to the traveller to decide. Any step that can save money, however, is usually worth taking. Several travel booking websites, like Orbitz (http://www.orbitz.com) and Priceline (http://www.priceline.com), can help with lowering plane ticket prices, while Hotels.com (http://www.hotels.com) can help save money on hotel costs. Take advantage of special offers that resorts and camps have from time to time. Finally, look into several traveling agencies for the best value and price of the intended trip.
