Makeup for tan skin

Having a gorgeous tan is something you don't want to hide. By piling on heavy foundations and loads of makeup, people often can't even tell that you have healthy glowing skin underneath. Why hide it? Enhance it! Here are a few ideas for makeup that will help tanning skin glow with beauty and look more natural.

Bronzers are great products for tan skin. You can even get bronzers with shimmer to help enhance your skin and create a more glowing look. They are light powders that will not cake your skin in makeup. Dust a bronzer or shimmer on your cheek bones, nose, and forhead for a just out of the sun look. Bronzers help your skin look fresh and light.

Light foundations also work well with tan skin because they let the natural beauty of your skin shine through. Try an airbrush foundation or a mousse. Rub just a little on your skin so your tan skin underneath with overpower the foundation. Be careful in matching skin colors with foundation. The easiest way to find the right foundation for your skin is to test the color first. Take a dab and apply it on your skin on your face or on the back of your hand. The skin on the back of your hand closely matches the skin on your face. Find a shade that fits your skin perfectly so it will blend well.

Mineral makeup is a healthy hot new skin trend that everyone is taking advantage of. It utilizes the beauty of your own skin by enhancing it and making it look flawless. Mineral foundations are light and easy to match to your skin tone. Find a foundation that is perfect for you by matching the color to your face. Mineral foundations are nice because they blend so easy, and you can use more for a look of more coverage, or less for a natural look. Mineral makeup is healthy for your skin, you can wear it all day long without worrying about it wearing off or clogging pores.

Tinted moisturizers are a great way to enhance a gorgeous tan glow. They are light and moisturize your tan skin so it will not flake or peel. Apply just a little for a glowing look. You can also use a tinted moisurizer with a bronzer or mineral makeup for more natural coverage.

These are just a few ideas for enhancing tan skin and making it look its best. They will help your skin look more evenly tanned and glowing. Try applying bronzer for a quick every day look, or even mineral makeup for more natural coverage. Tinted moisturizer is also great for on the go looks by being so quick and easy to apply. It provides less coverage than a foundation. Foundations are great if you prefer a look of more coverage, and for hiding blemishes. Try them all for yourself and pick the one that is best for you and your look.
