Poetry: Experiencing nature

by Phillip Underwood

Created on: January 23, 2007   Last Updated: May 14, 2007

The earth is bleeding
America collects her juices
Destroy the forests
Probe the surface
Searching for a vein.

Sucking the life from the source of life.

The earth is crying
Her poles are melting
The threats are real
Drive your cars
Activists try in vain.

Sucking the life from the source of life.
