~BABY BE MINE~Abandoned by a love I could not resist
Listening to lies after that one kissStunned into reality after the truth became knownLeaving responsibility on shoulders alone.Never a visit, a letter or a callMonth after month I carried it allBlaming myself and bearing a shameI wish I had only you to blame.Wanting a way out of this terrible messI could not do nothing about this testLeft only to pray and seek God's faceMy heart knew this was an act of grace.I was at peace as the day drew nearMy mind sound I had nothing to fearFor God promised to supply all my needsTo love, cloth and feed. Then came my sunshine who warmed my soulI made the right choice to which I am wholeGod's blessing Satan wanted to destroyFor His gift as brought ultimate joy.He lost a blessing that God wanted to giveI gave her life ,that she will liveNever will she want for that loving touchThis baby is mine oh I love her so much. When given something so precious to holdWe are to guide, protest and moldWater their life with the word of GodAnd never forget the path your trod.
